Our Crèche
2
- 3 years old
The
children’s programme includes art
projects and activities relating
to a theme. These themes run weekly
covering a variety of fun and exciting
topics.
(e.g. Creepy Crawlies; All Things
Wild and Beautiful; Sliding and
Gliding).
Cutting skills, counting, colours,
shapes, etc. are all included in
these activities. Through storytelling,
music, drumming, fantasy play and
playing on the outdoor equipment
the children are further stimulated
in their quest for knowledge. Playing
with blocks, puzzles and other educational
toys develops the eye and hand co-ordination
and fine motor skills, while playing
on apparatus exercises large motor
co-ordination, balance etc.
